One of the UK's leading motor trade insurance brokers is seeking energetic telephone sales support executive / lead generators to join their lively and welcoming team based in their Hazel Grove/Stockport office on a full-time basis.A well-established business experiencing continual growth is looking to recruit talented communicators to continue their ambitious drive forward.If you are a career-driven natural communicator looking to join a hard-working, fun sales team, this is an excellent opportunity to progress and really shine in your sales career.Working Hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.About The RoleSales agents are the first point of telephone contact with a potential national customer base of motor trade businesses, ranging from car sales to mechanical service and repair garages.The ideal candidate will have a strong, focused work ethic and an ability to communicate well and build rapport whilst taking detailed, accurate information regarding customer's individual insurance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Calling potential customers in response to their insurance enquiryCompleting an accurate fact-find of information to present to underwritersEnsuring presentation information is clear, transparent and includes key detailsRepresenting a market leader by taking a professional, confident, compliant and knowledgeable approachEnsuring all leads are called in a timely and organised mannerCommunicating effectively with other team members to drive new business salesRequired Skills:A proven track record in a telephone-based role/sales environmentExcellent verbal & written communication, an active listener with a natural ability to build rapportA positive self-starter with motivation to succeed and drive salesA highly organised, tenacious, reliable, ethical professional with strong time managementA team player with the ability to work independently and make a positive contribution to a fast-paced businessBenefits:Free ParkingBonus StructureSounds interesting?
