Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a firstclass customer experience demonstrating expert knowledge of the companys products.
  • Manage customer service and operations processes effectively.
  • Accurately log and maintain customer service cases using internal systems.

About You

  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or customer experience roles ideally within an ecommerce or retail setting. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is essential.
