The Digital Product Platform team enable the delivery of critical future engineering programmes, including development of cutting-edge technologies raging from future autonomous driving capabilities through to delivery the future all-electric . As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be part of on an exciting new collaboration project, working alongside our parent company, for their next generation of premium electric passenger vehicles. You will enable the delivery of this engineering by providing valuable assistance to projects and their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies linked to Agile within the Digital Product Platform. The Project Coordinator regularly engages with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, therefore, relationship-building skills are key.


While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • effective administrative assistance to projects, utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives within the Digital Product Platform, and wider, as applicable.
  • in the planning and organising of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events.
  • the reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira.
  • project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery.
  • opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices.
  • and drive the implementation of Agile processes, tools and techniques into JLR teams.

What you’ll need:

  • of working in a project support role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment.
  • of change management or driving process improvement.
  • or knowledge of the ‘Agile’ project management framework.
  • ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role.
  • be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset.
  • ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas.
  • be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
  • in Microsoft software as well as the ability to learn how to use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities.
