Inyour new role, you’ll assess and understand external fraud risksassociated with our business activities, while reviewing anddeveloping processes to help mitigate those potential fraudrisks. 

  

You’llalso: 

  

  • Evaluatenew data sources andintegrate theminto our existing strategies, so wecan optimise our ability to prevent fraudactivity
  • Provideongoing, in-depth analysis that will identify existing and emergingfraud trends which will influence business decisionmaking  
  • Buildand maintain strong internal and external business relationships,sharing information and data to enhance our fraud preventioncapability 
  • Demonstratesubject matter expertise which will lend itself to the developmentof new products, systems and processes across the business 

  

Theskills you'llneed  

  

We’relooking for someone who has strongtechnical and numerical skills, withexperience in using risk management tools and techniques includingcredit score systems, data modelling, data mining and behaviouralscoringsystems. 

 

You’llalsohave: 

  

  • Experiencein applying statistical modelling and evaluation techniques to thedevelopment of fraud risk preventionstrategies 

  • Adegree level qualification in a numericdiscipline like Mathematics, Statistics or OperationalResearch  

  • Strongdatabase management skills and other programming languages, andproven experience in interpreting management information (MI)
