As a Skin Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our renowned standards during treatments and client aftercare. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate individual with a dedication to achieving the very best results for our clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated to excel, eager to develop their skills and align with our forward-thinking brand ethos. 

Key Responsibilities

Perform all Lisa Franklin treatment protocols with precision and excellence. 

Organise and maintain client treatment plans and product recommendations efficiently. 

Monitor client treatment progress and homecare routines, identifying opportunities to improve client care and promote additional treatments and products. 

Actively solicit and manage reviews from satisfied clients to enhance our reputation. 

Collaborate with Front of House team to schedule ongoing client appointments and provide effective aftercare support. 

Maintain treatment rooms to impeccable standards throughout each day, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for clients. 

Ensure all devices and equipment are consistently clean and in optimal working condition. 

Work closely with the senior management team to meet Key Performance Indicators and sales targets. 

Collaborate with all clinic staff to uphold cleanliness and tidiness standards in the clinic at all times. 

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 

A polished, committed, and professional demeanour, reflecting the high standards of our brand. 

Customer-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering the highest quality outcomes for all clients. 

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effectively communicating with clients and understanding their unique skincare needs. 

Enjoy developing personalised treatment plans and recommending skincare products to clients based on their individual requirements. 

Willingness to continually learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements. 

Familiarity with the key attributes of the Lisa Franklin product range to effectively market to clients.
