The Role
We are looking for a new Head Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has a genuine drive, ambition and desire to make Prezzo the standout from the rest
As a Prezzo Head Chef you will:

  • Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
  • Lead your kitchen, owning all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
  • Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values)
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a desire to grow your skills and career as a Prezzo Head Chef.
  • Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
  • Constantly monitor and develop your kitchen team.
  • Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.
  • Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Located in the newly built Pioneer Square shopping centre, Prezzo is just a moments' walk from Sainsbury's and the Vue Cinema. Parking can be found close by to the restaurant.Prezzo Bicester is a stunning and contemporary restaurant split over two levels and also features a stylish horseshoe shaped bar near the main entrance. Whether you are looking for an intimate dinner or celebrating a special occasion this restaurant is perfect.
