Their team's expertise lies in construction and property, and they take a hands-on management approach while staying informed on the latest industry developments and technology.They are now seeking a Director of Project Management to be based out of their London office, who can successfully drive the business forward while leading and growing the Project Management team in the South, deliver existing projects, and maintain key client relationships.The Role The individual will be responsible for:Leading the growth of the PM business in London and the South EastManaging the P&L of the divisionOverseeing all project management aspects of project deliveryCollaborating with other Directors to develop and deliver the company's strategic objectivesEnsuring effective communication and collaboration with all staff, customers, and partnersProviding professional property-related commercial expertise to clientsAssisting with staff recruitment and retentionEnhancing the organisation's reputation and brandUndertaking business development activitiesThe Candidate The ideal candidate will be:Professionally recognised with a project management related qualification, along with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or similarExperienced in project management for major construction and real estate projectsProficient in all aspects of project managementDemonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skillsSkilled in risk managementAble to define and influence strategic goalsExperienced in financial managementProficient in construction contracts and procurement practicesExcellent in communication and interpersonal skillsJoin an experienced team of professionals and become an integral part of a collaborative and thriving business.
