Project Management DirectorResponsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities with new and existing clients. 2. FinancialResponsibility: P&L management of the Project Management team.3. Networking: Attend relevant Construction & Propertynetworking events. 4. Project Management: Oversee and manageConstruction projects (pre and post contract) within theresidential, healthcare, and life science sectors. 5. Leadership:Provide strong leadership to the project management team, fosteringa culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuousimprovement. 6. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement projectmanagement strategies and methodologies to optimise projectdelivery and drive business growth. 7. Resource Management:Allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects areadequately staffed and resourced to meet objectives. ProjectManagement Director - Experience & Qualifications: 1. Proventrack record in business development, securing new and additionalwork within the construction and property sectors. 2. DemonstratedP&L management experience with a focus on revenue growth. 3.Strong team management skills, including leadership and developmentof team members. 4. Established network of industry contacts andability to recruit high-capability individuals. 5. Experience in asenior role with a balanced focus on fee earning, businessdevelopment, and management. 6. Bachelors degree in projectmanagement, engineering, or a related construction or propertyfield (Masters degree preferred). 7. MRICS, MCIOB or ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentpreferred. 8. Experience of Construction Management on projects. 9.Extensive years of experience managing residential projects for aconsultancy and/or client-side construction or property business ina project management team, with a proven track record ofsuccessfully leading complex projects and teams. 10. Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively communicatecomplex ideas and concepts. Benefits: 1.
