What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you'll beworking within the Facilities team, supporting them in Planned andReactive Maintenance across the Clientestate.

Your day to day will include:

  •  Carrying out PlannedPreventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across numeroussites
  • Identifying and reporting with immediate effect anystatutory or critical plant failures that will give riseto 
    a health and safety risk to building occupants,visitors or general members of the public tothe 
    Manager.
  • Supervising and assisting M&Esub contract labour wherever required.
  • Carrying out building inspectionsand report damages/faults

 

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer is greatfor you if:

  • Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance experience –specifically within mechanical, fabricand 
    electrical
  • Good customer liaisonskills
  • Experience of reactive maintenance/breakdowns withrelevant experience of working in a largemulti 
    building site preferably in a commercialenvironment
  • Have your 18th Edition and 2391certs
  • HVAC & FGas quals wouldbe beneficial
