About the role

Job Title:                                        Chef de Partie

School Location:                           Westonbirt School GL8

Working Days:                               Working 5 days out of 7

Shifts & Working hours:               6.30am - 3.00pm or 10.30 - 7.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Working Weeks:                            52 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details:                                    £28,392 per Annum

 

What will I be doing?

  • Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site
  • Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+)
  • May include some counter service / till work 
  • Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
