Position

£13.00h + quarterly bonus

As a Sales Associate Fishmonger and Cheese, you will be part of our larger grocery team, working across our fresh counters on a full time basis. At Eataly we focus on providing our customers with high quality fresh produce. You will be working either at our Fish counter or at our Cheese and dried meats counters, providing great customer service to our clientele.

We have 4 counters where we sell meat, fish, dry/cured meats, and cheese. You will attend to both the needs of our guests and colleagues from other areas of the store needing product from the counters.

Our fresh counter associates are responsible for cleaning, cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling produce in accordance with Eataly’s high-quality standards. You will become an expert on the our products and share your passion and knowledge with our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working with slicing or portioning fresh fish or cheese is preferred.
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
  • Able to work safely with knives, hand tools, utensils, and other specialist equipment.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Right to work in the UK
