Fortnum & Mason's Food Hall is renowned for its selection of unique and finest products sourced from independent suppliers. Our Fresh Food counters boast a selection of luxury products, including Beluga caviar, organic smoked salmon, and European cheeses.

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join our Charcuterie counter team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating world-class service, passion for our product, and ability to bring this to life for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers
  • Maintain stock levels and display products impeccably
  • Meet departmental KPIs through individual excellence and teamwork
  • Excite customers with product knowledge and create a sense of pleasure

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for food
  • Previous experience in a relevant role
  • Knowledge of cured meats through previous experience or qualification
  • Ability to work 37.5 hours on a rotating rota (including weekends)
