Wehave an exciting opportunity for a well organised, customer-focusedindividual to join our team in Newcastle. Working closely with theService Delivery Manager, the Co-ordinator role will support the delivery of theLocksmith side of our business, supporting major clients throughthe management and allocation of direct and sub-contractorappointments.We are looking foran enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional individual withexcellent verbal and written communication skills. Work for thisrole comes through various channels (email, telephone and Googlehangout instant messaging) so good pc skills and the ability toprioritise and manage your own workload are essential.

Ifyou like your days to fly by, then our role would be perfect foryou You will also have a flexible approach to tasksand working hours – availability to work 40 hours a week betweenMonday to Friday 8am to 8pm Key Responsibilities… Allocation of work to appropriate labourSub-Contractor Managing the onboarding process of the subcontractorworkforce Responsibility for ensuring subcontractors hold theappropriate documents to carry out work forSeeka General cancellationsand amendments of jobs Ensure that all visits exceed the desired standardwhilst delivering an excellent level of client satisfaction andservice Firstpoint of contact for the client, customer and field basedEngineer Handling both inbound and outbound calls andemails Efficient handling andresolution of customer complaints and managing expectations of thecustomer throughout in line with the business expectations:escalating to management level whererequired. Liaise with the operations management team to ensureefficient running of the processGather /collate/submit accurate and meaningfulmanagement information and reporting asrequired. Completion of dashboards for internal and externalKPI’s Promote Seeka image atall times.
