If selected, you will spend your first three months in the Furza Sales Academy, a programme tailored specifically for your role. Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, qualify and attend events with potential clients and key contacts through stakeholder mapping and leveraging your network.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the companys value proposition and solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify the needs of the customer educate and recommend the companys solutions.
  • Understand the needs of your prospective customers and articulate the value that the company provides.
  • Engage with potential customers on the phone, identifying their needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, to recommend the best-fit solutions.
  • Set-up and support calls for the senior sales team to drive the sales process, ultimately leading to full 360 sales cycle expertise
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects and customers to drive new business opportunities.
