At De Vere Beaumont Estate, our Kitchens cater for high numbers of guests on a daily basis. This includes our à la carte restaurant, buffet breakfasts, lunches, weddings, banquets, outdoor events, BBQ’s and more

Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef you will  prepare, cook and present meals to a specification whilst working to the highest of cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience within a similar role or aspiring to achieve your first Sous Chef position. You must be highly motivated, have excellent attention to detail to ensure quality food is produced consistently in a high volume environment.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop. 

We want to hear from inspired chefs who love creating amazing food from the best ingredients, have a keen eye for detail and high standards but with bags of flair and creativity.

  • £33,280 per year plus a share of the Restaurant service charge
