Our client is a leading B2B events company renowned for connecting industry leaders, driving innovation, and facilitating high-level networking. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive audience growth, expand their reach, and maximize event attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify and target prospective clients through in-depth market research.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire process—from initial outreach and lead generation to closing deals.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, production, and operations to optimize event strategies.
Who You Are:
- A graduate with a 2:1 degree (or higher) or equivalent practical experience.
- An engaging, natural relationship-builder with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of working toward ambitious revenue goals.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- While any relevant experience in events or B2B sales is beneficial, it is not essential.
