Choose your challenge – Sales Representative

Are you ready…? You’ve got a key part to play in the experience at our sales office, as you’ll be the first Ninja our guests talk to when they are booking their challenge. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Sales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Your daily mission

  • We take safety seriously, so you’ll be responsible for ensuring that you have checked if any of our guests need any support whilst they are with us
  • Work closely with all bookings/communication enquiries online & over the phone
  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Ensure all administration and processing of payments are completed in line with our procedures
  • Provide excellence in customer relations giving guidance and support
  • Bring to life our experience when speaking to guests who enquire about bookings
  • Obtain key information from guest bookings such as; dietary requirements, reasonable adjustments etc
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

  • Work closely with other Ninja team members through being true to our values & supporting one another with whatever challenges throughout the shift
  • Work closely with the Elite Ninja’s (that’s our Supervisors & Managers) to ensure our missions for the day are achieved   

Ninjutsu (experience/skills/qualifications to non-Ninjas)

Essential

  • Customer service/Customer facing experience

Desirable

  • Sales and or telesales
  • Experience of POS systems is advantageous
  • Administration experience & comfortable working with Microsoft, systems etc
  • Good knowledge or relevant computer programs (eg CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to customers
