Each SPIRIT class consists of pre-choreographed workouts, to help our members become balanced, flexible, and strong. All classes are set to beautiful, motivating music and closes with a 5-minute mindfulness meditation which boosts attentiveness and improve mood while lowering stress. Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience.So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
Essential - A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification. Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification. Experienced in delivering Yoga/Pilates fusion holistic classes to music. Ability to follow choreography whilst implementing your own style of teaching to create a unique experience. Have effective communication skills, delivering technical cues clearly with the ability to build rapport motivate Good level of fitness to be able to physically meet the demands of the work out. Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising every-body is different and unique. Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
