The Role

You will join a top-tier communications team, leading international engagement efforts across ASEAN territories while supporting a partner-first growth strategy. You'll build awareness, establish relationships, and make a meaningful impact in markets including Australia and Malaysia. You will have strong experience with digital marketing, be able to drive the communications strategy and ultimately the comms to reach partners within various businesses and business sectors across the ASEAN region in order to drive awareness and ultimately sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with business development leads to shape company and product positioning and messaging.
  • Identify target audiences, and develop engagement and market development plans with specific objectives across target geographic territories.
  • Identify and connect with potential business partners.
  • Manage the execution of communications and engagement/partnership programmes across target territories.
  • Analyse customer insights, trends, market analysis, and market engagement best practices to continually enhance successful strategies.
  • Create and maintain engagement analytics across multiple digital platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development.

About You

  • An experienced communications professional, ideally with a background in B2B technology (agency or in-house).
  • Skilled in marketing communications, engagement strategies, and partner network management.
  • Channel Management experience, and it would be advantageous if you had knowledge of ASEAN markets.
  • A confident people person, who thrives in relationship-building and can pivot seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong digital marketing skills.
  • Driven by the rewarding challenge of building a global brand that creates lasting impact.
