We're looking for a Technical Manager to join ourHard Services team based at Neath Port TalbotHospital.

 

Location: NeathPort Talbot Hospital. On Site.

Contract: FullTime, Permanent.

 

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Technical Manager,you'll be working within the Hard Services FM team, supporting themin delivery of the contract across the hospital site.

Your day to day will include:

  • Technical lead for the contract
  • Responsible for the management of the hard services team,undertaking performance monitoring to ensure compliance withstatutory, contractual, and corporate requirements.
  • Management responsibility all maintenanceactivities/tasks, ensuring all are completed on time, withsupporting documentation available and any remedial worksidentified, instructed, recorded, and completed.
  • Liaise with and support the Project Manager in alltechnical matters relating to capital works and identification offuture asset replacement.
  • Provide a monthlyreporting to the Contract Manager for insertion into the MonthlyReport.
  • Development of staff and theassociated training; ensure all staff are undertaking their dutiesin line with contractual requirements, Kier procedures and theirjob description.
  • Coordinating AP acrossrelevant disciplines

What are we lookingfor?

This role of TechnicalManager is great for you if:

  • M&Ebackground and experience in facilities management isessential.
  • Experience of working in aHealthcare Environment is desirable.
  • Experience in managing a maintenance team.
  • Qualified to ONC or equivalent in engineering or provenexperience and ideally HNC.
