Job Title: Project Manager - Organisational Design

Salary: £74,100 plus, depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a team of professionals (data analysts and a specialist in org design) to ensure successful delivery of Org Design and Org structures
  • Leading through others (Heads of HR and HR Managers) to support the coordination of the organisation health sprint activity
  • Leading the Air sector organisational change and structural redesign and associated implementation into our HR Systems and processes
  • Leading supplier relationship management with our internal suppliers specifically our HR Service centre and our HR centres of expertise
  • Managing the Organisation Design governance framework across the Air Sector
  • Developing sector capabilities in Orgvue to accurately perform or design using modern HR toolsets, ensuring the platform is upgraded and maintained

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience of managing large complex Org Design Projects
  • Ability to manage and integrate all aspects if the business operating model, including Shared Services and CoEs, to achieve the best outcomes for the business
  • Experience of managing projects across organisational structures and teams / different lines of business

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of having managed HR work streams and integration is a prerequisite coupled with strong generic project management skills
  • Experience with OrgVue

The Organisational Design and Health Project team:

An Air Sector priority is to drive a more effective organisation to meet the growth agenda and associated recruitment demand.

This requires a Project Manager to lead the coordination of Organisational Health sprints working with Heads of HR and HR Managers who will lead the business partnering conversations to redesign existing organisational structures and free up capacity or reduce costs, which will be freed up to move onto other programmes where we have significant demand.

The Project Manager will also work with the existing central data team who are SMEs in their field, in particular using Orgvue and SuccessFactors toolsets.

The role would have two people reporting into it but is very much a role where the holder needs to collaborate and work with others across the Sector.
