Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our team. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the night hours, ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, book taxis, provide directions, and handle special requests. Front Desk Duties: Perform check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, make reservations, and distribute messages. Room Allocation: Assist with room assignments and special requirements. Guest Lists: Prepare and communicate in-house guest lists to the breakfast team. Account Monitoring: Ensure all guest charges are posted correctly. Cleanliness: Keep guest areas like the lobby and lounge tidy. Customer Relations: Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, addressing guest needs promptly. Tailored Experiences: Track frequent guests to provide personalized service. Complaint Handling: Resolve complaints efficiently and report feedback to the Night Manager. Policy Adherence: Follow all front desk policies and emergency procedures. Incident Reporting: Report accidents, incidents, and security concerns to the Night Manager.
