As the PMO Governance Lead, you will support the programme leadership as a central source of truth through the collation and analysis of programme information, aiming at ensuring the safe delivery of the programme.

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

Programme Planning &Schedule Management

Facilitate and support project planning, including the development of robust project plans, identification of key milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks and assumptions, ensuring planning standards are followed. Programme Reporting & Communication

Compile and analyse programme performance metrics for meaningful insights, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Develop reporting packages for various levels of the organisation, including senior management. Ensure data accuracy across all programme workstreams and address or escalate inconsistencies. Programme Governance & Change Control

Advocate a consistent approach, including standard policies, processes and templates across all programme workstreams. Set up and maintain appropriate Documentation/Configuration Management systems following the necessary framework standards. Programme Risk & Issue Management

Develop the central programme RAID log and monitor its accuracy, consistency and effectiveness. Ensure risk and issue management procedures are followed. What You'll Bring

A minimum of 5 years of PMO experience, preferably in the IT / Technology sector. A project management qualification or membership such as PRINCE2, P3O, APM or PMI. Proven PMO experience on a large-scale complex multinational programme. Proven experience in MSP (Managing Successful Programme) methodology with the associated use of the full Microsoft Office suite (including Microsoft Project Professional and Teams) and SharePoint Online.
