Connect Grp are seeking a fully qualified and experienced electrician to work on behalf of our client a 5 year secured Housing Authority Homes contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for long-term, secure employment in the social housing sector.

Key Details:
- Contract Duration: 5+5 year contract (10 years of secured work)
- Location: Worthing, West Sussex area
- Salary: £17.80 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Vehicle: Company van provided

Responsibilities:
- Undertake reactive works
- Complete void property maintenance
- Perform re-wires and remedial works
- Conduct emergency lighting testing
- Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Participate in an on-call rota (a call out approximately every 7 weeks)

Requirements:
- Full electrical qualification (ECS/JIB)
- Extensive experience in the social housing sector
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving license
