What you'll be doing:

  • Out on the streets: You'll be the friendly face connecting with individuals experiencing homelessness, building trust and offering support.
  • Encouraging change: You'll work to motivate individuals to access safe, secure accommodation and build a better future.
  • Person-centred care: You'll be delivering tailored support to meet each individual's unique needs.
  • Early hours and late evenings: You'll be working flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings, to reach those who need you most.
  • Team player: You'll be collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure everyone receives the best possible care.
