Senior Client Executive â Corporate

What can you expect?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Executive to join our Citadel Insurance Services team. You will be responsible for managing a shared portfolio of clients and advising them on all elements of their insurance needs.

This portfolio consists of over 250 clients across a mix of Strata, Professionals, Construction, Marine, Trades and Pleasure craft. Our clients are mainly located in the Hunter and Newcastle region.

The successful candidate will have a high level of industry knowledge across general insurance, have experience in account management, attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.

We will count on you to:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong and meaningful relationships with our valued insurance partners

  • Manage, servicing, and maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts.

  • Ensure a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients.

  • Analyse clientâs exposures, devise tailored insurance solutions and skillfully negotiate the most optimal deals within in the insurance market.

  • Involvement in claims management

  • Contribute to continual process improvement, constantly challenging ways of operating with innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Contribute to revenue growth through growing existing client portfolio and new business prospecting.

What we would like you to have: 

  • Minimum 3-7 yearsâ experience.

  • Tier 1 FSRA qualification will be required within 6 months.

  • Dedicated to quality in all aspects of your work performance and client services, with a passion for customer service.

  • A team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication style able to effectively associate with various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate. 

  • Displays sound listening and comprehensive skills.

  • Acts on growth opportunities, demonstrates a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and displays the ability to act independently with limited, yet appropriate, referral to manager.
