Job Title: Country Homecare Manager

Location: London, UK (hybrid)

Job Description

Galderma will be entering the Dermatology biologics market where the importance of delivering medicines through homecare is a critical component of a successful launch.

The goal of the Homecare Manager is to ensure the successful development and deployment of the Programme so that patients can seamlessly receive the Galderma Speciality medicines through homecare whilst delivering an exceptional experience for patients and key stakeholders across the NHS.

The role's major focus, 75% will be on Homecare development and deployment and 25% will be focussed on patient support elements.

Key Responsibilities

Internally partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, compliance, PV, QA, legal, finance, as needed to ensure the Homecare proposition strongly aligns with brand strategy and the needs of the NHS whilst delivering and operationalising this in a compliant manner with the right processes and structures in place. Partner with numerous external stakeholders including homecare providers, nurses, dermatologists, patient advocacy groups and payors to create an exceptional programme that delivers value and outcomes. Responsible for the governance and management of all Galderma`s homecare programmes, including: Vendor selection, contractual co-ordination, and day- to -day management Tracking performance of homecare programmes against agreed KPIs and holding key homecare providers to account to these KPIs. Collaborating with office and field medical to deliver the nurse training curriculum and track nurse competency within each homecare /PSP programme. Ensure all essential documentation for homecare and patients support is implemented, collected, tracked, and retained. Act as subject matter expert for Local homecare in the event of audit or regulatory inspections and oversee and support the implementation of any Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) Collaborate with Global PSP Leads to align on Global PSP strategy to develop and implement local PSPs that will address patient needs in line with Galderma's patient centricity focus. Work closely with marketing and sales team to effectively integrate and implement homecare offering into Brand value proposition. Participate in the design and implementation of patient programs, based on patient, caregiver, HCP and payor insight at country level, in alignment with Patient Experience and team insights, Medical Affairs, commercial leads and all other relevant stakeholders. Ensure patients receive a complaint, ethical, meaningful, and valuable program that is tracked with appropriate quality checks (focusing on compliance to Galderma SOPs, local regulation, data privacy, and PV reporting). Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience in biotech/Pharma, preferably within Dermatology Understanding and experience of homecare / biologics. Strong cross functional collaborator. Solution oriented mindset and approach. Excellence in internal and external relationships. Detail oriented with a clear focus of driving performance and positive outcomes. Able to prioritise most important activities in the face of multiple requests. Strong understanding of how brand strategies are operationalised through homecare offerings. What we offer in return
