LMS Systems Integrations Specialist - 1 year FTC

Company Overview:

Alvarez and Marsal, is a dynamic and innovative consultancy committed to empowering employees through L&D. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an LMS Systems Integrations Specialist to help us successfully implement a new global LMS platform. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless integration and effective utilisation of our LMS across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with US Project Team:

  • Work closely with the US-based project team to understand integration requirements and ensure the successful implementation of the LMS in the EMEA region.
  • Provide timely updates on progress and potential challenges, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Content Migration:

  • Lead the migration of existing learning content from legacy systems to the new LMS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to optimize content for the new platform.
  • Customize and configure the LMS homepage to align with regional and organizational requirements.
  • Implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Super User Expertise:

  • Become a super user of the LMS, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
  • Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting, support, and guidance for end-users within the EMEA region.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower teams in the EMEA region on the effective use of the new LMS.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure all users understand key features, functionalities, and best practices.

Permissions Management:

  • Administer user roles and permissions to ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Regularly review and update access levels based on changing business needs.
