**The role**
- The Integration Specialist will be responsible for deploying key business systems within our newly acquired practices.
- Train develop and coach all staff in new sites in new systems, processes and polices in line with Medivet ways of working
- Ensure the smooth transition of the newly acquired site into a Medivet Practice
- Ensure as part of the TUPE transfer process that all due diligence information from acquired practice is passed to the admin support team and updated in line
with TUPE regulation
- Communicate and work with any Support Centre department involved in the acquisition process, namely but not limited to Finance, HR and Marketing, as well as Clinical Operations
- Build trusted relationship with all new colleagues coming on board as part of the acquisition
- To ensure that all practice colleagues can effectively and efficiently use Freedom; Sage 2; PVA portal; the Intranet Quinyx and all other administrative systems
including OpenHR, Concur and Egencia where necessary
- To ensure that all acquisitions feel welcomed into Medivet and can demonstrate competence on the above systems by week 14 post acquisition
- To ensure that all start-ups feel welcomed into Medivet and can demonstrate effective teamwork, system and process knowledge and skills prior to opening

- To ensure all Medivet colleagues have access to current “how do I” learning materials via the LMS as and when and how they want it on all of the above
systems
- Support all colleagues by responding to system and system process queries in a timely manner
- Carry out face to face advanced system usage workshops on a needs basis

**Key accountabilities**
- Payroll, SC Check sheets for various departments, Banking, details for Bank
Accounts to be handed over to Integration Admin, PD Forms, all Clinical Ops
requirements, smooth transition to regional team.
are actioned in a timely manner and to ensure that this is communicated clearly
and on time to the DIM’s and or IM.
- Liaise with Integration Administration staff.Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and stake holders. Install citrix and ensure it is working along with PDQ and Freedom specialist training
- Implementation of new suppliers and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and engender trust
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to be both empathetic and understanding, as well as firm, when required. Must be able to communicate
effectively verbally and using written or multimedia technologies
- Good IT and software skills including the ability to learn Medivet’s bespoke practice management software, and to teach staff in its use
- A good understanding of change management principles and of how people experience change
- Flexibility and ability to learn and adapt to changing circumstances and Medivet’s requirements
- Be a proven team player but also to be able to influence others
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
