Region Europe HR has transformed into a robust organization, delivering professional HR services and partnering with the business to support Yara's strategic goals. The Performance and Development team drives digitalization and optimization of learning offerings, leads mentoring/coaching programs, evaluates effectiveness, and provides insights on employee engagement.

To support our growth we are looking for a HR Advisor specialising in Learning and Development to support our learning needs and engagement in the UK & Ireland and also supporting the European business. 

Reporting to the Team Manager for Performance & Development the candidate will be joining other learning and development specialists within a diverse European HR team.  The candidate will be home-based but should ideally located in Lincolnshire/Yorkshire to collaborate with local colleagues on a regular basis.

• Play a vital role in managing performance and employee engagement processes.                         
• At our organization, we prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you'll actively promote these values throughout all our activities.                          
• Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of training materials for employee processes and promote these.                         
• Provide efficient support to employees and managers, supporting them with inquiries and empowering the use of systems and tools to optimize people processes and meet customer needs effectively.                        
•  Support the digitalization and centralization of learning data tracking efforts.                        
• Assist in the design and implementation of competency mapping tools tailored to specific needs.        

The dynamic nature of this role requires a forward thinking and pro-active individual, who can work autonomously and who is passionate about Learning & Development to drive the L&D agenda for our European business.

The ideal candidate should:

• Relevant degree-level education (e.g: learning & development, CIPD, HR etc.) and/or equivalent (5 years) work experience in HR                         
• Demonstrated proficiency in performance and development processes, employee surveys, performance reviews,  competency management.                        
• Proven experience in working with HR Information Systems as a superuser.                        
• Familiarity with GDPR regulations and HR compliance standards.                        
• Strong networking, teaming and communication skills​ developed at least partially in virtual environment.                "                        
• Strong analytical aptitude and experience in people data analytics.                        
• Training facilitation expertise and/or experience, partially gained in virtual environment.                        
• Customer-focused problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.                        
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication​ (additional language is a plus)
