Interaction Recruitment are looking for a HR Advisor on behalf of our reputable client based in the Peterborough area
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000
**Location**: Peterborough

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with colleagues and managers providing day to day ER support, ensuring timely and consistent ER advice and coaching to build capability.
- Monitor and report on a range of key HR data/metrics.
- Case management including advice, guidance and support on performance, absence management and resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues.
- Help HR business partners with development of business programmes.
- Manage Stakeholders & partnerships internally across HR and other departments.
- Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics, projects and initiatives.
- Act as first point of escalation or HR queries
- Maintain the integrity of our employee data in our HRIS
- Experience in an operational HR Role
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law with experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
- Analytical with the ability to identify trends and act accordingly.
- Ability to manage potential conflict.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
