As the Deputy Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, fostering a positive team environment, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and customer service.
  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer experiences and upholding quality standards.
  • Train and develop staff members, ensuring they embody our service ethos and maintain professionalism.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Assist in financial management, monitoring budgets, and controlling costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or deputy managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
