responsibilities:

Sales invoicingCredit control and cash allocationPurchase ledgerPreparation of Key Performance Indicators analysis (financial and other)Assist in month end account preparationAssistance in the preparation of information for the company auditorsJournal preparationBank reconciliationsCollation of timely and accurate job margin data, actual against estimate for periodic review.Preparation of data and reports ensuring that all obligations to HMRC and other authorities are meGeneral administrative dutiesAd hoc exercises as required
The Person
IT LiteratePrevious accounting experience in a Finance DepartmentAccuracy of workGreat interpersonal and communications skillsThe ability to work to monthly/weekly deadlines
