For a long time, people have been telling our Asset Lifecycle colleagues that they are the best kept secret at Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Did you know HPE Financial Services has technology renewal centres based in Andover, Massachusetts and Erskine, Scotland? With over 20 yearsâ experience, we have established a trusted partnership with HPEâs customers and have helped customers refurbish or retire their IT assets securely. We can also enable customers to unlock the value in their legacy infrastructure by returning their existing hardware for cash back which can be used to invest in new technology.

Due to the growing success of our Asset Upcycling Services, we are looking for a motivated & talented individual to join us in driving the business forward and making HPEFS the natural Information Technology Asset Disposition of choice for both our existing & future customers. Youâll be joining HPE Financial Services EMEA Delivery Team. Youâll help us to continue to offer the highest levels of Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction whilst looking after hardware returns end-to-end for our large portfolio of Asset Upcycling Services customers.

The role spans a wide spectrum of responsibility â including but not limited to onboarding new customers, coordinating hardware collections, interacting with & assisting our sales force, providing status reports & settling financially with our customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for SOW system setup 
  • Pricing, banking details and factory obligations 
  • Prepare relevant quote terms for priced bids
  • Create asset return requests in D365
  • Responsibility for chain of custody tracking
  • Monitor the input and throughput of returned assets as they are processed in the factory
  • SPOC for factory status to AM (status desk)
  • Perform final cost/margin analysis on assets received. (Product substitutions, product additions & removals, etc.)
  • Execute asset reconciliation in D365
  • Responsible for settlement accuracy and financial credit/rebill adjustments
  • Payment requests and remittance confirmation

  • Deliver the highest levels of Customer Care.
  • Promote the HPEFS Circular Economy philosophy.
  • Ensure strongest chain of custody for hardware in our care.
  • Meet & exceed exacting customer KPIs.
  • Own & resolve all issues to successful resolution in the client's view.
  • Be single point of contact for your accounts.
  • Collaborate - identify, share & implement best practices.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in Customer Relations
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT & Services industries
  • Ability to analyse problems & solve creatively.
  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Forging and managing relationships well at all levels.
  • Facilitate exceptional levels of service delivery.
