As a Retail Assistant you will work within our Retail department, seeking out opportunities for exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity Our commercial team members will work across various elements of our commercial offering, gaining transferrable skills across our business and delivering a consistent, outstanding, and memorable guest journey. 

As the faces of our Brick-Tastic LEGO® stores across the resort, our Retail Assistants will work directly with our guests, assisting with their purchases, suggesting LEGO products that might align with their interests and processing their purchases at the till. You'll also be involved with the upkeep, upselling, and cleaning of our branded Coca-Cola® Free Style product offering. You’ll have the opportunity to undergo LEGO brand training, getting to know the worlds favourite toy: the iconic LEGO brick

Qualifications & Experience

A confident communicator who is happy to interact with guests of all ages Experience of cash handling, profit protection and stock-taking procedures is desirable  You’ll already be a fan of LEGO, excited to undertake further training on the iconic brand If you haven’t worked in a theme park setting before don’t worry We will provide you with all the training you need to deliver memorable experiences every day This is a full-time role until autumn 2024 so candidates must have the relevant availability for their application to be considered. At this time, we will not consider applications from candidates with only weekend or summer availability.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Retail Assistants to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK

Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024 This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us
