Position: Quality Control Manager
Location: Enstone
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE


About the Role:

As our Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our quality control processes within our manufacturing operations. This position is crucial in ensuring that all our products meet stringent quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and improve quality control procedures to ensure product excellence.
  • Develop and implement quality control strategies and policies.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and audits.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
