A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting an Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus performance based commission.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, key duties include but are not limited to:

Build relationships with key accounts
Ensure clients are fully aware of the products offered and the benefits to using the services
Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to date with all existing cases
Recommend solutions to clients to get the best outcome for the individual case
Developing and increasing the levels of business from your allocated accounts
Oversee client pipeline across property sales, maintenance, insurance and valuations
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Account Manager position:

Previous experience selling to professional services sector
Experience in using a CRM system
Exceptional customers and communication service skills
Ability to overcome objections over the telephone
Ability to build rapport and negotiate when needed
Good IT skills including experience with the Office 365 programs
Experience in valuing properties and knowledge of the probate process desirable
Experience within the property and housing industry desirable
