Senior Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional – Controls

Salary: £40,748.00 + Dependant on skills and experience What you’ll be doing:

Performing intermediate project reporting & scheduling Leading the PM&C processes on varying project sizes and complexities Managing the PM&C processes on a full project lifecycle to ensure that financial and other benefits are achieved for the customer's needs and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Agreeing PM&C approach with stakeholders, and preparing realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) Applying appropriate PM&C methods Supporting and promoting the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organization. Drawing on multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organizational objectives. Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

Project Management experience (Related to specific competencies such as change, risk or scheduling etc.) Good IT literacy (Microsoft packages – Excel) Stakeholder management experience Application or demonstration of related PM Competencies

Desirable:

University Degree, project management apprenticeship PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification Benefits:

The NXGenDigital PMO Team:

PM&C support the NXGenDigital PMO team, to underpin the ongoing governance of the project. This additional role further extends as we expand our control over the project and increase the depth of change, schedule, and governance.
