Role Overview:

As a Senior Planning and Monitoring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping effective planning methodologies tailored to our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing customized planning strategies that align with project objectives.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that baseline and current project plans are accurately maintained and endorsed by key stakeholders.
  • Providing comprehensive reporting on project status to both internal and external parties.
  • Engaging in the design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases of submarine projects.
  • Coordinating with partners and agencies to ensure the integrity of integrated schedules.
  • Driving enhancements in quality throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Mentoring team members, overseeing their work quality, and contributing to performance evaluations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Experience in project planning for large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
