Project Planning and Initiation
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Contributing to project teams, including matrix working with a wide range of staff. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
