What will you do

We now have a great opportunity for a Graduate to join our business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be part of the Global Aveeno Brand Team reporting to the Global Aveeno Marketing Manager – Innovation. The position is initially offered on a one year, fixed term basis, starting September.

You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in building the Global Aveeno innovation pipeline across key skin health categories and developing the supporting content and toolkits needed to enable our regional teams to execute launches in their local markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of Aveeno by supporting workstreams that strengthen our innovation pipeline and go to market support plans.
  • Ensure key market needs are captured in pipeline development and in all content and toolkit execution plans.
  • Build media content and toolkits that leverage best in class practices.
  • Execute all brand plans with excellence to help drive mental and physical availability of Aveeno innovation globally.
  • Support & contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning processes.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams and regional marketing teams in key regions.
  • Use analytical skills to understand drivers of brand and competitor performance and recommend actions to take. Lead external analysis of competitive activity and launches to inform brand planning.
  • Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME).
Qualifications What we are looking for
  • Experienced at Graduate level with a strong track record of performance.
  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience.
  • You will have experience adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data driven marketing.
  • Good commercial and financial acumen, including BME management.
  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards.
  • Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.
  • Strong passion for skincare and beauty, proactively stays up to date with the latest innovations and campaigns in the category.
  • Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.
  • Self-starter who is proactive and results driven.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven implementation ability.
  • Good analytical, financial and business acumen skills.
