As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health challenges within a rehabilitation setting. 
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. 
  • Conduct thorough assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process. 
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to best practices. 
  • Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes recovery, independence, and self-confidence. 
  • Offer guidance and education to individuals and their families, empowering them to actively participate in the recovery journey. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements: 

  • Valid and active NMC Registration. 
  • 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with Rehabexpertise. 
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
