Bid Writer

Seems like a decent salary for the job role .

My client is looking for someone that can either write the bids ( as a Bid Writer) or run the complete Bid process - as a Bid Manager

Overview:

The client is lovely- they have a great team that are warm and engaging and work together, with a "Winning Bid" mentality.

This role could suit someone that has been working a a Bid Writer and has the creative ability- but dont necessary have the technical knowledge-

With that said, if you are a Bid Manager and could take the Bid through the entire process- they would love you too

Why would you want to work for this company?

You walk through the door and you know its going to be a good day. The team have been there for a while- they have a great level of energy and they are passionate about the Bid process. The staff turnover is super low- and they are only hiring because of the additional work now coming through the doors.

The option to work a few days from home is also possible- although most people want to be in the office- due to the vibe and culture that they have created.

Ideally, I need the following:

An experienced Bid Manager / Bid Coordinator to lead and manage our tender submissions, PQQs, and EOIs.

Construction knowledge is needed- Ideally In-design

A passion for bid writing with high-quality, visually compelling proposals.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
