Do you have Sales experience in the Fenestration industry? Are you looking to join a UK-leading company within a key strategic role, offering fully autonomy over key account management, as well as your own close-knit team of skilled Sales Executives?

This is an excellent opportunity to get onboard with market-leading, rapidly-expanding manufacturer, where you will have freedom to drive future growth through the development of B2B sales, with a strong bias towards the nurturing of high-value accounts.

This multimillion-pound organisation continues to go from strength-to-strength. They have ambitions to become a household name in the fenestration industry - goals which, as an Internal Sales Team Manager you will play a pivotal role in achieving.

This is an internal, office-based role where you will manage the larger company key accounts, whilst ensuring that your team of 5 Sales Executives continues to perform and upskill.

This role suits a candidate Sales & Leadership experience and exposure to the Fenestration (Windows, Doors, Conservatories etc.) industry.
