At the core of our successful commercial teams sits our marketing department. It is our marketing team’s responsibility to develop, launch and execute marketing strategies across our three divisions, Breast and Skeletal, Diagnostics and GYN Surgical.
As our Marketing Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic goals within our UK business. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a flair for marketing and a passion for excellence. You will collaborate with other business functions to support execution, planning and coordination of marketing activities relating to the in the UK.
What To Expect:
Budget Management: Take charge of the UK marketing budget, ensuring seamless purchase order and invoice management, new supplier set-up, and meticulous budget tracking. Marketing Resources Coordination: Spearhead collateral approvals, manage literature requests, maintain inventory, and oversee promotional material sourcing. Contract Management: Efficiently coordinate speaker, sponsorship, and event agreements. Event Management: Organize local events, manage logistics, and support our dynamic sales and clinical application teams. KOL Management: Plan and coordinate meetings, including travel and logistics for Key Opinion Leaders. Additional Responsibilities: Assist in Congress management, design commercial materials, create newsletters, and manage digital assets.What We Expect:
Education: A-level education or equivalent. Experience: Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and manage projects with autonomy. Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. Specialized Knowledge (Desirable): Experience in commercial/sales administration within the healthcare/med tech sector. Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Computer Proficiency (Desirable): Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce CRM, Oracle ERP systems.What’s In It For You?
