United Kingdom BCMS Marketing Full time

Our client, a leading boutique performance marketing agency, is looking for a talented and driven Paid Search Specialist to join their growing team. Specialising in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), our client works with some of the most exciting new consumer brands, scaling businesses from zero to multi-million-pound annual sales. They stand out by offering a full-service approach to performance marketing, combining data, platform innovation, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to meet and exceed client objectives.
You'll work towards performance-focused KPIs, managing a variety of campaigns including Search, Shopping, and PMAX, while also potentially overseeing YouTube and Demand Generation initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling client queries, delivering performance insights to senior management, and ensuring marketing strategies align with client goals and KPIs.

Lead the execution, strategy, and performance reporting of paid search campaigns.
→ Analyse and interpret performance data to provide actionable insights.
→ Continuously identify new growth opportunities and innovative strategies.
→ Manage client communications, responding to queries and updating them on performance.
→ Collaborate with Account Directors and Growth Managers to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
→ Support the development of media buying and creative roadmaps.
→ You are an experienced Google Ads expert with a passion for eCommerce and D2C marketing.
→ You have a proven track record of working towards performance-based metrics and understand the full marketing funnel.
→ You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel in collaborative settings.
→ You possess strong organisational skills and ensure that testing and project updates are documented and communicated effectively.
→ Proven experience in driving performance improvements through Search, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns.
→ Experience with YouTube, Demand Gen, or Discovery Ads is a plus.
→ Strong data manipulation skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
