Each site has been purpose-built or lovingly refurbished to create a contemporary home that can accommodate residents' individual needs and preferences, and each has its own character and special features that make it the ideal place for adults with specific health and living needs (such as dementia or physical disabilities).

As a Peripatetic Nurse , you will see a high level of autonomy and variety in your work life; you will rotate between a small number of local homes to develop effective care plans tailored to each resident, help team members to advance their skills and capabilities, and - above all - support residents to live well, keep active, and make the most of what their home has to offer.

This is a permanent , full-time position (40h) for a Peripatetic Nurse with a mixed shift pattern.

Person specification :

* ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a general Registered Nurse (RN Adult) or as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).

* ( Essential ) A valid driving licence and ongoing access to a personal vehicle for the travel elements of this role.

* ( Desirable ) Professional knowledge of / experience with dementia and related needs.
