What you'll be doing...

When you enter our hotel you will be “wowed” and we aspire for our guests to be bowled over too by the memorable visual impact of our rooms and public areas.  Our Housekeeping Heartists® maintain our 5* atmosphere with care and precision for the finer details.  They take pride in adding personalised touches and providing a luxury inner sanctuary for our guests.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...

A positive can do attitude and the passion to stand out and be proud of our hotel team standards. The skill to welcome our guests through finer details and also in person  Providing care and warmth in every guest connection. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.

Other duties include;

Ensure service standards and service times are maintained by offering a prompt and efficient service.  Create a timeless memory with your exceptional presentation skills and finishing touches. To be fully aware of arrivals, departures and special requests. To work positively and collaboratively with all departments and Heartists®.
