What you'll be doing:
As the Data Analyst you will take the lead on ensuring a level of accuracy and consistency of data held across all systems used by the Data Systems team.The Data Analyst role will also capture key data, metrics, and volumes to support delivery of the range of services, ensure the team are processing to agreed standards, enable monitoring of productivity and measure accuracy across the team, and in the wider businessCollaborate with the Lead Data Analysts and key stakeholders to understand and investigate data integrity issues, working with the relevant teams to resolve quickly and effectivelySupport the Management Team in providing performance data that supports the daily, weekly and monthly metrics and team productivityMaintain intuitive reports and dashboards to allow the Team to demonstrate the range of data quality work both within and external to the teamGenerate and maintain reporting capability to ensure that the Team's reporting requirements are facilitatedCreate and maintain a detailed register of known data integrity issues to ensure that all risks are fully understoodDevelop and mature relationships with all key stakeholdersResponsible for the management of all Data Systems RPA processes, including running the automated 'BOTS' and ensuring all the relevant tools and sources of information used are maintained within agreed governancePerform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and raised incidents ensuring that steps are put in place to fix these and prevent repetition of the same issueAwareness of the exposure to sensitive data and information necessary to perform the roleEnsure robust governance and control is adhered to in respect of all data received and sent, and there are the appropriate levels of validation, and peer review at all times and Project supportYour skills and experiences:

The Data Systems team:
As part of the Data Systems Team, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be exposed to all parts of BAE Systems and will support with major projects. You will gain exposure to various systems and take the lead on ensuring a level of accuracy and consistency of data is held across all systems used within the team.
