We are looking for a Customer Finance Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

You will have a passion for customer service and will want to support driving the department forward with excellent service levels internally and externally. The role will be to fully support the Accounts Payable and Customer Finance Administration Manager in the daily running of the team which consists of 10 people. The position will carry an element of people management including performance development review support and recruitment.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skillsAbility to cope with pressure, specifically around meeting deadlinesHigh level of skill in critically evaluating situations and making decisionsExcellent interpersonal skills to communicate well at all levels including senior stakeholders in the businessAbility to direct and co-ordinate activity whilst enabling an engaged and motivated teamPossess a confident, calm and approachable manner
Your Role

As a Customer Finance Supervisor your role will involve:

Continuing to build external and internal customer relationships
Ensuring all processes are maintained and adhered to within the Accounts Payable and Customer Finance administration teamsMonitoring invoice and payment processing and ensure any issues are escalated as necessary.Monitoring New Account/Amendments forms and emails and ensure any issues are escalated as necessaryEfficient resolution of external/internal queriesDaily supervision of workload within both teams including absence and annual leave cover.
